I want everyone to get on board with what we have to discuss on our journey with Padre Pio so I'm trying out this blog to see what interests you in the learning as pect of Padre Pio's teachings through a guide such as myself.

Our recent visit to Padre Pio places in Italy

After Rome, one of our first stops, we reached a timeless place.

The Shrine of the Volto Santo in Manoppello, located in Abruzzo.

A Holy Shrine to say the least, but riveting as well, historically and scientifically.

Meeting Padre Paolino Cilente

While in San Giovanni Rotondo, we took time to visit dear friends.
This is Padre Paolino Cilente, Capp.

He knew and lived with Padre Pio.

How wonderful to spend time reminiscing, listening to personal testimonials and receiving encouragement and wise counsel.

A privilege indeed!

Our old friends

Speaking of old friends, here we are with Maestro Elia Stelluto and his dear sister Maria.

Maestro Stelluto is world renowned as the historic photographer of Padre Pio!

His memories and testimonials are incredible.

If you join us on a trip, you too will have the pleasure and privilege to hear firsthand the stories of Maestro Stelluto.

And, who by the way is photographing the photographer?

Guess the photographer!

Stan! My husband, my best friend...

He was deeply moved to have spent time with this humble and holy Friar, and they became fast friends!

Padre Paolino was the German language correspondent for VOICE OF PADRE PIO magazine and my husband's father was of German origin...Lineberg!

The Sweet Mother

A moment's pause before the statue of Santa Maria delle Grazie in the Church which bears the same name, to honor the Sweet Mother, upon whose fiat the Savior of the World descended!

Thank you Dearest Mother for all of the graces you obtain for us from your Beloved Son...
